Our long weekend are either a minimum of 3 nights or 4 nights. Please note, if you book a long weekend stay and do not fulfill the minimum night stay, we will adjust your invoice accordingly and contact you as soon as possible.

Our long weekends are a minimum of at least 3 or 4 nights. It all depends on what day the holiday lands on.  For example:  guests stay from Friday- Monday or Thursday- Sunday for a 3 night holiday. Please inquire before you book a long weekend for further information.

Dogs are allowed. As long as they are house trained and the owner takes full responsibility for their pet, should anything happen (i.e. messes and or damages).

Our chalets are on average a 10-15 minute walk or 3-5 minute drive.

They are typically 6-12% but can be higher or lower depending on the specifics of the reservation. The higher the subtotal, the lower the percentage so you can save money when booking large reservations.

Once a refund is issued, each individual bank has their own processing time. The time is approx. 5-7 business days, if it exceeds 7 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card institution.

Yes, they are attached and share the same driveway, however, they do have separate entrances.

Once payment has been received and accepted, you will receive an email with a proof-of-payment invoice as well as a contract to be filled out and sent back to us.

Yes, as stated by the Town of Blue Mountains By Laws (B-Law No.2002-09), the noise restriction is in effect 24 hours a day.

All chalets are equipped with high-speed Wifi access.

A guest list must be provided because of the following:
1. For security purposes;
2. To ensure the number of guests does not exceed the capacity of the chalet and;
3. We are Legally required to do so in case of some damage to the property and any other Legal Matters.

The nearest pool in the area is The Plunge! at Blue Mountain and it is about a 15-20 min walk or a 3 min drive. There is also a public pool near by called the Collingwood Centennial pool which is a 13 minute drive from the chalet.

The swimming pools in the chalet (Birch View & Claire Glen) are exclusively for the chalet renters use.

Six (6) people can fit in the hot tub.

If small events are taken place, we ask you be respectful of the chalet as well as the surrounding neighbours, having said this, house parties and Prom/after Prom groups are strictly not permitted on any of our properties due to the by-laws of Blue Mountain.
Please be advised: Noise restrictions are 24/7 in the Town of The Blue Mountains.

All chalets are equipped with a coded pad lock that requires a 4 digit code to lock and unlock. You will receive the your door code in your Access Code email on the day of check-in.

Yes, however, our property on Claire Glen is the only pool that is open year-round. The other swimming pools open after the May 24 weekend, weather permitting, for the summer season.

We do not have a waiting list but leave your full name, number and email we can contact you about availability.

Grace period is 24 hours.

Cancellations up to 30 days prior to booking date of stay will receive a 50% refund, after the 30 day period the full rental amount is non-refundable.

Our preferred method of payment can be made through Credit Cards (VISA or MASTERCARD), however, we do accept Interact E-Transfers . Once you confirm that you will do the e-transfer, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete it. We DO NOT accept Debit Cards.

We have a minimum requirement of a 2 night stay during the weekend. We do not allow Saturday check-ins as Friday and Saturday are sold together.

Yes, there are age restrictions. Our policy states that the renter must be 25 years of age and older.  Anyone between the age of 20-24, we do require a security deposit of a minimum $2000.00, which will be returned at the end of your stay.  Please contact us for further details.

Yes you can. What we require from the payees/renters are the following:

-Full name
-Email address
-Phone number
-Photo ID (i.e. Driver’s licence)
-Signed & dated contract

Yes, there is basic Rogers digital cable in all chalets.

Each property is unique. To see a list of the bed types in the chalet please go to our “Chalets” page listed at the top of this website.

Our regular check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 11AM. Times may vary during peak seasons and holidays based on back-to-back bookings. Please inquire. If you request to have a earlier check-in or check-out time, we may be able to accommodate your times based upon availability and a $50.00 charge will apply to your reservation.

At an additional cost of $ 50.00, we will supply you with a full tank of propane ready for your use. Otherwise each chalet will have an empty propane tank that you may take and do an exchange or you may bring your own.

At an additional cost of $150.00 we will provide you with fresh sheets and pillow cases. Please note that we request you order the bed linens no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled stay. Otherwise at no additional cost we supply all beds with a mattress protector, duvet with cover, pillows and pillow shams. In this situation, you are required to bring a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillow cases.  Please note we do not have towel service, please have your guests bring their own. 

The security deposit is not a charge on your credit card but a pre-authorization that expires 3-5 business days after your stay.

Effective immediately for all bookings made from September 19th, 2020 and until further notice. Should the Blue Mountain Ski hills experience a total 100% closure due to COVID, or the Government of Ontario imposes a total lockdown due to COVID your booking is 100% guaranteed and secure. When you book directly with Stay at Blue Mountain and in the unlikely event that either or both these events take place you may cancel and rebook or receive a full refund of any deposits paid until such a time you feel it safe to come and visit us again. The Stay at Blue Mountain COVID Protection - book with Confidence guarantee applies only to those dates affected by such a closure or lock down. For bookings outside of this period our standard cancellation policies remain in effect.

The current policy of the Ontario Government allows for a maximum of 10 persons who are not from the same household to congregate indoors. Many of our properties are licensed for as many as 20 persons. The current 10 person maximum is slated to expire October 16th, 2020. This policy may be extended without notice and we recommend that you visit the Ontario COVID web site for updates. Should you book for a stay that begins after October 16th and have a guest list of greater than 10 persons, you do so at your own risk and may have to reduce your numbers should the rules of 10 still apply. We can offer you a second chalet at a discounted price to accommodate larger groups.
